Allgemein

Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten wie Sie den Preis erfahren. Die erste Option ist es unseren Online-Kalkulator zu verwenden. Hier erhalten Sie unter einer Minuten den Preis.
Alternative machen wir Ihnen ein Individuelles Angebot nach Ihren Vorstellungen. Das Angebot erhalten Sie in der Regen innerhalb von 7 Stunden. Dies ist unter anderen abhängig von zusätzlichen Optionen wie z. B. einer NAchbearbeitung.

Die Fertigungszeit eines Bauteils ist abhängig von den gewählten 3D-Druckverfahren. FDM & SLA Teile können innerhalb von zwei Tagen gefertigt werden. SLS, MJF & SLM innerhalb von 10 Tagen. (Bei express Lieferung verkürzt sich die Fertigungszeit.)

Standardmäßig werden pro Bestellung 7,90 € Versandkosten dazu gerchnet.

Mit einer Expresslieferung kann Ihre Bestellung beschleunigt werden.

Im Bereich „Mein Konto“ haben Sie einen Reiter mit den Abschnitt „Bestellungen“. Hier wird der Aktuelle Status Ihrer Bestellung angezeigt. Zusätzlich erhalten Sie per Mail eine Nachricht wenn Ihre Bestellung versendet wurde.

Bei einer Reklamation wenden Sie sich an die info@strucfit.com. Um diese gemäß bearbeiten zu können, bitten wir den Fall ausreichend zu schildern. Zusätzlich sind ausreichend Bilder zur nachvollziehung von den Teil notwendig.

Wenn Ihr Auftrag versendet wurde erhalten Sie eine Mail an die von Ihnen angegebene E-Mail-Adresse mit der Sendungsverfolgungsnummer.

Nach den erhalt der offenen Rechnung erhalten Sie eine Bestätigung über den Zahlungseingang. (Bitte beachten Sie das es zu einer Verzögerung von bis zu 3 Werktagen kommen kann.)

In der Regel ist keine Stornierung gebührenpflichtig, solange nicht mit der Fertigung begonnen wurde. Kontaktieren Sie uns diesbezüglich schnellstmöglich um den aktuellen Stand abzufragen.
